You might wonder why the colour ring has to be made of real hair, since the strands are not actually used as hair extensions. However, real hair offers a much more realistic colour image compared to synthetic alternatives. The hair reflects light naturally and allows a better preview of the colour. Synthetic hair often has a very unnatural shine, which makes it harder to imagine the colour.

Please note that there may still be variations in the colours. Human hair extensions are a natural product, which is why we unfortunately cannot guarantee a 100% match in colour. If you order extensions based on the colour ring, please compare the colour carefully with your own hair before installing.

For example, if you have brown hair, you can now focus on the brown tones. Hold each individual strand up to your own hair in front of the mirror to find a match.
If your hair is not a uniform color, but is slightly lighter at the bottom, for example, it is best to choose hair extensions based on the colour of the lengths and tips. With highlighted hair, you can also mix 2-3 different colours, depending on the type of extension, if there is no suitable combination of highlighted shades. With ponytail extensions, it may make more sense to go by the color of the upper part of your hair.

Alternatively, you can also order extensions in several colours to choose from. Colours that don't match can be returned within 14 days as long as the extensions remain unused and in their original condition.

Can I return the colour ring?

Of course, you can return the colour ring within 14 days. Simply select the payment method "invoice" in the shopping cart - then you do not have to pay for the product for the time being. If you return the colour ring, the invoice will be canceled. If you pay for the colour ring in advance, you will of course get the money back after it has been returned. However, the ring must be returned complete and in its original condition.

Are the colours of the ring available for every extension variant?

For most of our most popular hair extensions, all shades are available. However, there are some colours that cannot be ordered for all types of extensions. Please check the list of colours in the online shop.

Are the two-toned colours ombré or root?

The following colours are available in the ombré and root versions: #1b/06, #02/10, #04/16, #06/15, #06/20, #08/SW and #8b/615. The "ombré" colours have long, dark roots and the "root" colours have shorter roots. These are grouped together in one strand on the colour ring. The strands on the ring only show the colour nuances, not the length of the root. The root length varies depending on the length of the hair.
